Enter your phone number
Open the app and type your phone number — the same one your community has on file. Choose whether you'd like the code by SMS or WhatsApp, and tap send.

Enter the verification code
A six-digit code lands on your phone in a few seconds. Type it into the app and you're signed in — no password to remember, ever.

Allow the permissions the app asks for
Accept every permission Moradas requests — especially location and Bluetooth. They're what let the gate recognize you when you pull up and open without taking your phone out of your pocket. Without them, accesses won't work the way they should.

Tap to open — or scan the QR
When you arrive at the gate, tap 'Open' in the app and you're through. If the open button isn't visible, or if you prefer, tap 'Scan QR' and point your camera at the code at the access point. Either works — use whichever feels natural.

Common questions
I didn't get the SMS with my code.
Check that the phone number is exactly right, and try WhatsApp as the delivery method if SMS didn't land. Still stuck? Open the chat bubble and we'll help.
My phone number isn't recognized.
Your administrator needs to add you to the community. Send them your number — they can add it in a few seconds from the admin app.
I moved. How do I leave my old community?
Your administrator removes you when you move out. If the old community is still showing, open the chat — we'll take care of it.
Can my family share one account?
Each adult signs in with their own phone number. Children and minors can share an account with a guardian. Your administrator can add each family member as their own resident.
