The office registers each family's guardians. They sign in with their phone number and the app already knows their children. No codes to hand out, no names phoned in at 2:45.
A pass for anyone else
Grandparents, the nanny, a carpool parent: the guardian picks the children and the days, up to a week, and sends the pass by WhatsApp. The holder shows its QR at the door or requests pickup from their own app.
Staff see who is picking up
Scanning a pass shows the holder's name and photo, the children it covers and who authorized it. Staff release each child from the same screen.
Parents stay in control
Guardians are notified when the holder asks for their child and when the child leaves with them. A pass can be revoked at any time, and its pending requests are canceled with it.
